Mum & Me Mothers Day Class

Be the first to received updates on tickets for next years ''Mum & Me' Mothers Day ceramic hand-building class. This is a one off small class event aimed at beginner to advanced levels. Tickets are limited to just 8 people.

In this class you will learn slab and draping techniques to create a beautiful large sized platter from Australian clay and apply a surface decoration technique using delicate  floral and fern arrangements. This platter will be the perfect size to use as your everyday go-to piece for entertaining, Christmas pavlova, birthday cake, cheese platter etc. with a heavy solid durable weight. The kind of platter you keep forever and pass down as a keepsake to future generations.

All materials and equipment will be provided, a choice of food-safe glaze finishes will be applied after class, 2 high temperature kiln firings, cheese grazing board and a complementary glass of bubbles.

Cost: $165pp

Date: Sat 9th May (day before Mothers Day).

Duration: 3.5 hours (1pm-4.30pm)
