Porcelain Jewellery Class

Would you like to make your very own porcelain ceramic jewellery? Perhaps make some special gifts for friends or loved ones this Christmas?

 

In this 3 hour class you will learn how to make the following items all from a beautiful pure white porcelain Australian clay:

  • 2 sets of hanging earrings

  • 2 sets of studded earrings

  • 1 small jewellery dish

  • 1 mini ring cone stand

 

We will decorate them and then kiln fire twice at high temperatures here onsite. You can choose for a clear gloss glaze to be applied.

 

The hanging earrings will be assembled with sterling silver earring hooks custom made by a local jewellery maker. The studded earring backs will be from a commercial hypo-allergenic surgical stainless steel.

All materials, equipment, Sterling Silver earring findings, 2 kiln firings and locally sourced gourmet morning tea is included in the ticket price.

Cost: $120pp

  • Friday 9th October - 10am-1pm

  • Friday 16th October - 10am - 1pm

  • Saturday 19th October - 10am - 1pm
