Online Orders

 

Orders can be placed online and shipped directly to you via courier service or alternatively if you are local, you can collect from my studio: 11 Dandaloo St, The Gap, Brisbane. Please select this option from the checkout.

Orders are shipped out twice per week. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pick up, this is usually done within 2-3 business days.

Returns

 

All orders are considered final unless there is a functional defect or damage apparent.

Please inspect your order upon receiving, however in the rare event that your order was damaged in transit, please notify me by email within 48 hrs of receiving your order with a photograph and proof of purchase attached. I will do my best to ensure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please note refunds can take a week or so to appear back into your account via Square refunds. You will be emailed a confirmation of this transaction.

Please consider that each piece is handmade and therefore will incur both natural and intentional variations. Descriptions, materials, approximate measurements and design details are provided to the best of my ability and computer formatting, however each piece holds its own handmade character. 

If you have any queries, please contact me prior to ordering as I can not provide refunds for change of mind.

Wholesale

 

As my studio is designed for small batch production, wholesale orders may depend on demand at the time, but generally I will take up to 10 active wholesale customers per year for a select range only.

Min initial order values apply and must be paid in full prior to work commencing. For more information, please see my Wholesale page.

Custom Orders

 

Sorry, I am unable to offer custom orders or commissions at this time.

 

Product Care

 

Decorative, Terracotta or Accented pieces (such as with wood or gold lustre) are not suitable for the dishwasher, microwave or oven. Simply hand-wash the ceramic areas and let dry. 

Remember if properly cared for, ceramics can last a lifetime.
